What We're Looking For

🔨 Confidence with Tools: Previous experience with fencing, carpentry, steelwork, landscaping, or construction is highly regarded, but not essential. If you're handy with tools and willing to learn, we can teach the rest.

🔨 Positive Attitude: We want someone who shows up ready to work, takes initiative, and isn't afraid to get stuck in.

🔨 Team Player: You'll be working alongside a close-knit crew, so being reliable, respectful, and able to work well with others is important.
