Multiple Cleaning Positions Available in Sydney's North Shore & Northern Beaches

We are currently looking for a number of experienced domestic cleaners who live on the North Shore or Northern Beaches to join our team.

This role is best suited to applicants seeking consistent, long-term weekday work and will require you to drive to multiple jobs/locations throughout Sydney per day in your own car.

*Please note that our cleaning team is all female.

This position is open to female applicants only.

Job requirements - All applicants must:

• Have their OWN CAR and current driver's license

• Be available to work a minimum of 4 FULL days per week 8:30am - 5:30pm (no weekends)

• Live on the north shore or northern beaches (preferably)

• Be willing and able to carry cleaning equipment in their vehicle

• Be willing to drive to multiple locations throughout Sydney each day

• Hold valid Australian work authorisation

Hiring Process: Step 1 - Application

4) any relevant qualifications you have obtained

5) confirmation that you:

• own a car and have a current driver's licence,

• are willing and able to carry cleaning equipment in your car

• are happy to drive to multiple locations throughout the Sydney each day as the job requires

Step 2 - Interview

Successful applicants will be invited to attend and in person interview in Gordon.

Step 3 - Paid Trial

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a paid trial where you will be paired with one of our senior cleaners for the day and work together with them.

This enables us to see the quality of your work, how well you follow instructions and take initiative and how well you fit in with the team and our clients.

This also enables you to get a feel for the type of work we do, what will be required of you and if you think the position is the right fit for you.

Trial rates will be paid in line with the Cleaning Award of $32.31p/h, plus paid travel time and kms between jobs.

One or more trial days may be required.

Step 4 - Offer of Employment

After a successful trial you will be offered the position and pay will be negotiated based on experience and performance. Upon employment you will be required to apply for your NDIS Worker Screening Check if you do not already have one.
