The Role;

This isn’t just about processing paperwork; it’s about being a strategic partner in our sales success.

You will;

• Consult with a high volume of clients, providing expert finance and insurance solutions.

• Drive F&I penetration by aligning with our high-performing sales floor.

• Mentor and influence the sales team to sharpen their F&I awareness.

• Deliver a "Gold Standard" customer experience at every touchpoint.

Who You Are;

• You are a closer with a "consultative" demeaner. You understand that F&I is the engine room of dealership profitability and you thrive under the pressure of a fast-paced floor.

Experienced: - Deep knowledge of automotive retail F&I and current legislative requirements.

Driven: - A "hunter" mindset when it comes to targets, but a "pro" when it comes to compliance.

Dynamic: - You have the energy to lift the room and the communication skills to build instant rapport.

Flexible: - Ready to work weekends (with Sunday loading) to capture peak trading periods.
