As we continue delivering the next wave of industry‑leading innovation we require an accomplished Project Manager to lead a portfolio of programmes supporting our China OE customer portfolio.

Utilising your strong communication skills you will oversee, manage, and drive a portfolio of projects through their lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery of projects.

Highly visible and influential across our business, you understand that managing relationships and internal stakeholders is paramount, not just a peripheral task but a central component that will drive successful outcomes and creates an environment where challenges are met with solutions.

Commercially inclined with a strong sense of ownership you will seamlessly manage multiple projects ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Your natural ability for engaging with and mentoring cross-functional teams to achieve and deliver as a collaborative collective will ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.

The autonomy to make this role your own and harness the commitment to customer value and engineering excellence will be of great appeal to someone who is ambitious and looking to align their impeccable skills and establish a long-term pathway within our group.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in project management or development engineering, ideally within Tier 1 Automotive or a comparable multi-disciplinary environment.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese will be highly regarded

  • Proven ability in successfully delivering projects end-to-end within agreed schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, quality, sales, and suppliers.

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety with each project and task undertaken complying with company and legislative requirements.

  • Humble and engaging presence with natural ability to build robust multi-level relationships

  • Strong communicator with a confident ability to present to all levels of stakeholders

  • Evidence of budget control, demonstrating forecasting and financial and commercial expertise

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, or Project Management.

  • Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and NPI processes.
