Access Covers Australia Pty Ltd, located in Tullamarine, has an exciting opportunity for a experienced draftsman to join the company and grow their engineering skills within the civil construction industry.
Key activities in the role will be:
-Creative Problem Solving
-Engineering studies
-R&D Engineering work
-Process Design
-Project Management
-Product analysis and understanding
-Regulation study and understanding
-Product Benchmarking
-Meetings with key external stakeholders
-3D and 2D data making in Solidworks
-Engagement with relevant regulatory authorities
-Production Scheduling
-Liaising with External/Internal Stakeholders e.g. engineers, sales, subcontractors, builders, architects
-Quality Assurance of Precast Concrete Structures
-Design Engineering Tasks for R&D and Production Activities -3D & 2D modelling
-Undertake miscellaneous tasks/projects as required.
Requirements:
-Engineering Degree (Essential)
-Experienced in Solidworks drafting (Essential)
-Right to live and work in Australia (Essential)
-Motivation to grow in the civil industry
-Positive attitude towards learning
-Interested in investing career in learning about the civil industry
This is a full-time permanent role Monday to Friday. Competitive remuneration commensurate with skills and experience
