Project Sales Consultant / Estimator – Painting & Repaints

Brisbane-based | Established repaint company | Warm leads + growth opportunity

Surepaint is growing, and we are looking for a confident Project Sales Consultant / Estimator to join our Brisbane sales team.

This role would suit someone with experience in painting, construction, trade sales, home improvement, estimating, project sales or building services who enjoys working with clients, understanding their needs, preparing quotes, and helping them make good decisions.

This is not just a measuring role. You will be involved in the full sales process from enquiry through to accepted project.

About Surepaint

Surepaint is an established Brisbane repaint company specialising in residential repaints, body corporate painting, commercial repaints, interiors, exteriors, roofs, decks and maintenance painting.

We have strong systems, an established brand, marketing support, CRM software, quoting tools, admin support and a reliable production structure.

We are now expanding our sales team and looking for someone who can help convert quality opportunities into successful projects.

The Role

As a Project Sales Consultant / Estimator, you will:

  • speak with new enquiries and qualify project opportunities

  • book and manage your own appointments

  • attend site visits with homeowners, property managers, body corporates and commercial clients

  • understand the client’s goals, budget, timing and scope

  • prepare accurate painting proposals

  • present solutions professionally

  • follow up quotes and open opportunities

  • manage your lead and proposal pipeline in the CRM

  • identify upsell and variation opportunities

  • work with admin and production to ensure a smooth project handover

You will be supported with inbound leads, systems, training, admin support and an established company reputation.

About You

You may come from painting, estimating, construction, building services, trade sales, home improvement sales, roofing, rendering, restoration, flooring, maintenance or a similar industry.

You will be a good fit if you are:

  • confident speaking with clients

  • organised and reliable with follow-up

  • comfortable using a laptop, CRM and phone system

  • able to manage your own calendar

  • commercially minded

  • practical and technically curious

  • professional in presentation

  • good at asking questions and understanding client needs

  • comfortable working to clear expectations

  • motivated by performance and results

Painting knowledge is helpful, but the right attitude, communication style and willingness to follow a proven process are just as important.

What We Offer

  • competitive base salary

  • car or car allowance

  • phone and laptop

  • performance bonus opportunity

  • warm inbound leads

  • CRM and quoting software

  • admin and production support

  • sales training and coaching

  • established brand and strong local reputation

  • long-term growth opportunity

Why Join Surepaint?

This is a chance to join a business that has invested heavily in systems, marketing, technology, training and project delivery.

You will not be left to figure everything out on your own. You will have structure, support, leads, tools and a team around you.

At the same time, this role suits someone who wants ownership. You will be expected to manage your pipeline, follow up properly, and take responsibility for converting opportunities into quality projects.

To Apply

Please apply with your resume and a short cover note outlining your relevant experience in sales, estimating, painting, construction or trade-related work.
