Dermal Therapist – Hurstville

Adore Beauty is excited to be opening our soon-to-open Hurstville store, and we’re looking for a passionate Dermal Therapist to join the team from the very beginning.

We’re seeking a part-time Dermal Therapist (25–30 hours per week) to bring our in-store skin expertise to life. In this role, you’ll provide personalised skincare consultations, recommend products tailored to each customer’s needs, and perform professional treatments in our dedicated treatment rooms. A relevant qualification in dermal therapy or skin science is essential, ensuring you can deliver expert guidance and exceptional customer care.

This is a unique opportunity to help launch a new store, build lasting customer relationships, and play a key role in creating an exceptional beauty and wellness destination for the Hurstville community.

Who We Are

Today, Adore Beauty is a bustling ASX-listed, fast-paced, passion-driven company employing 400+ team members. Every team member brings something unique to our business and culture — that’s what makes us special. We live and breathe our values: we work for each other; we do the right thing; we are always growing; and we bring positive energy every day.

The Role

As an in-store Dermal Therapist, you’ll play a key role in delivering professional skincare treatments while educating and guiding customers on their skincare journey. You’ll provide personalised consultations, recommend targeted solutions, and perform non-invasive treatments to support customer needs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-store skin consultations, assessing client needs and recommending tailored routines

  • Perform professional skin treatments in dedicated treatment rooms

  • Educate customers on skincare ingredients, treatments and routines

  • Stay up to date with the latest skincare innovations, brands and products

  • Work closely with the retail team to enhance the in-store experience

  • Support customers in selecting the best products for their skin type and concerns

  • Maintain a professional and hygienic treatment environment in line with industry standards

  • Support in-store events and skincare-focused activations

  • Assist the retail team with general store duties, including customer service and transactions

What We’re Looking For

  • A relevant qualification in dermal therapy or skin science

  • At least 2 years’ experience in skincare, dermal therapy or a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, treatments and professional brands

  • Experience performing treatments such as facials, peels, LED therapy and other non-invasive services

  • A passion for educating customers and delivering tailored solutions

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Confidence working in a retail environment and collaborating with a team

  • Ability to create a welcoming, professional and results-driven experience

Perks & Benefits

  • Up to 40% team discount

  • 12 weeks paid parental leave (for all parents)

  • Wellbeing Week – 5 additional days of leave (pro-rata)

  • Birthday leave – enjoy a day off during your birthday month

  • Ongoing learning, growth and development opportunities

This is a rare opportunity to be part of Adore Beauty’s in-store evolution, where expert skincare advice meets premium beauty retail and professional treatments.

If you’re passionate about skincare and want to be part of an exciting chapter at Adore Beauty, we’d love to hear from you.
