The role

Be part of our Tree Planting team, delivering safe, high-quality services to keep our community’s trees healthy and well-managed. This hands-on role offers varied work from pruning and removals to storm response while working collaboratively and supporting team leaders to meet Council standards

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of motivation and enthusiasm, a strong commitment to safe work practices, be a team player, and have good problem-solving abilities will be highly regarded.

Specialist Skills, Required Knowledge and Conditions:

  • Qualifications Certificate III or equivalent in Horticulture with experience in Arboriculture/ Horticulture
    • Candidates with a Certificate III in Horticulture will be paid at Grade 2.
    • Candidates with recognized work history in the horticulture industry but no Certificate III will be paid at Grade 1.
  • Truck Licence – minimum MR
