Installation Manager – Solar & Electrical

COLAB Resources is seeking an experienced and motivated Installation Manager for our client to lead the delivery of solar, battery, off-grid and electrical projects across Perth.
This full-time role is a hybrid office and field position responsible for overseeing installation planning, managing field teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
About the RoleYou will work closely with sales, scheduling and field teams to ensure projects are properly planned, safely delivered and completed to a high standard. The role will suit a strong leader with extensive electrical installation experience who can bring structure, accountability and technical expertise to a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate installation teams and subcontractors
• Review upcoming projects and ensure jobs are installation-ready
• Provide technical support and leadership to field staff
• Conduct quality control inspections and manage defect rectification
• Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and Australian Standards
• Support customer communication throughout the installation process
• Improve productivity, quality and job profitability

Requirements

• WA Electrical Licence
• SAA Accreditation
• Experience in solar, battery and off-grid systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• White Card and current driver’s licence
• Working at Heights, First Aid and EWP licences highly regarded
