About the role

Raging Waters Sydney is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Supervisor to lead the maintenance and presentation of the park’s extensive gardens, grounds and outdoor spaces.

This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supervising a small landscaping team while ensuring the park maintains a safe, high-quality and visually impressive environment for guests.

Working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, you will coordinate daily landscaping operations, oversee maintenance schedules and contribute to the continued development and presentation of one of NSW’s most exciting tourism destinations.


Skills and experience

  • Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture or grounds maintenance, ideally in a supervisory role

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

  • Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, irrigation systems and plant care

  • Experience operating landscaping equipment, machinery and tools safely

  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high presentation standards

  • Flexibility in working hours to meet operational requirements

  • Current manual NSW driver’s license

  • Relevant horticulture or landscaping qualifications highly regarded


Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the landscaping and grounds team

  • Maintain gardens, lawns, pathways and outdoor attractions to exceptional standards

  • Monitor irrigation systems, plant health and seasonal landscaping requirements

  • Ensure safe operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment and machinery

  • Assist with project planning, planting programs and park improvements

  • Maintain workplace health and safety standards across all landscape operations

  • Support management in delivering an outstanding guest experience through exceptional park presentation
