Junior Field Technician - Print Technology

We're not looking for someone with ten years of experience. We're looking for someone worth training.

Our company supplies and supports high-end commercial printers for the signage and garment decoration industry. We need two people who are methodical, mechanically inclined, and genuinely curious about how complex equipment works.

We'll start you at a competitive entry-level salary and increase it as you prove yourself — because we'd rather grow someone the right way than hire someone who's already picked up bad habits.

The role includes:

• Diagnosing and repairing automated heat pressing equipment

• Diagnosing and repairing sophisticated print equipment

• Customer site visits across Victoria and interstate

• Working alongside experienced technicians who want to see you succeed

• A company vehicle once you're up and running

• Commission earnings on top of your base salary

Ideal background: Trade studies, IT, mechatronics, or just a lifelong habit of fixing and tinkering. Show us you can think logically and follow through, and the rest we can teach.
