Qualifications & experience
3 + years’ experience in the Cleaning industry
Current unrestricted drivers’ licence - must be able to drive confidently
Ability to produce high quality work
The ability to encourage team members to work effectively together.
Good time management and communication skills
The ability to adhere to company WH&S policies ensuring a safe and productive workplace
A desire to provide a high quality commercial cleaning service
Tasks & responsibilities
Work within the team on a various sites across Inner West and Sydney CBD
Travel in work vehicle
Organisation and programming of tasks completed on site
Take pride in producing high quality work
Regularly liaising with the Supervisor and Manager.
Ensuring all works are completed in a safe manner.
Diligent and consisent in completing all WHS, quality and environmental paperwork
Role is job based, working with the team to ensure targets are met for each day to ensure a quality service is performed in the right timeframe.
Involves working on cleaning common areas such as vacuuming staircases, mopping floors, dusting and cleaning windows as well as some minor gardening work.
