About Alpha Finance Group

At Alpha Finance Group, our vision is creating memorable moments. Our mission is to make road experiences easy and affordable through best-in-class products and exceptional customer service. We’re a friendly, driven team who value honesty, accountability, respect, trust, and loyalty — and we genuinely enjoy working together.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Manager to take ownership of our vehicle fleet operations and be hands on to drive efficiency across the business.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our fleet remains compliant, cost-effective, well-maintained, and operating at peak performance. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and the opportunity to improve systems and processes as the business continues to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day coordination and administration of our fleet operations, including:

  • End-to-end fleet coordination, from onboarding through to de-fleeting

  • Managing registrations, inspections, servicing, repairs, and maintenance schedules

  • Monitoring fleet utilisation and identifying operational improvements

  • Handling toll accounts, infringements, driver nominations, and compliance requirements

  • Coordinating insurance renewals and claims processes

  • Maintaining accurate fleet records, service histories, and documentation

  • Tracking fleet expenses and supporting budgeting and reconciliations

  • Managing GPS/telematics systems and reporting

  • Liaising with suppliers, repairers, insurers, government bodies, and internal stakeholders

  • Supporting vehicle inspections and sale preparation processes

About You

You’re highly organised, solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced operational environment. You enjoy working with systems, solving problems, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or transport operations

  • Knowledge of vehicle compliance, tolls, infringements, and insurance processes

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills

  • Confidence using Excel and fleet management systems (e.g. Navman, Fleet Complete)

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • A valid Australian driver’s licence

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Logistics, Operations, Business, or Fleet Management (desirable)

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive salary package + performance incentives

  • Stable, permanent full-time opportunity

  • Supportive leadership and team culture

  • Opportunity to make the role your own and improve processes

  • Growing business with long-term career potential
