QLD Portfolio Manager – Brisbane

Hiflow is a leading national provider of HVAC, Fire, Electrical and Hygiene services, delivering integrated solutions to commercial clients across Australia. With over 150 full-time staff and strong national growth, we’re expanding our national operations and are seeking an experienced QLD Portfolio Manager to join our team.

Based at our Virginia office, you’ll be supported by a national leadership team and dedicated administration staff while managing a portfolio of key clients and a team of technicians across Brisbane.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll oversee service delivery, manage client relationships, and drive business growth across a portfolio of predominantly Premium CBD commercial high-rise buildings.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance within your business unit.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and grow a team of service technicians
Manage a portfolio of commercial clients across Brisbane
Build strong, long-term client relationships through regular engagement
Oversee maintenance contracts and ensure compliance across assets
Manage P&L performance and drive profitability
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Prepare quotes and win new service and maintenance contracts
Deliver exceptional customer service and proactive solutions

About You

You’re a driven, customer-focused leader who thrives on delivering results and building strong relationships. You bring:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Proven track record in service or account management of blue-chip clients
Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience
Experience managing teams in a service delivery environment
Background in HVAC within commercial high-rise buildings is a bonus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of organisation, reliability and professionalism
Current driver’s licence
