CIVIL Concreters needed for Road Infrastructure Projects!

Your daily duties will vary based on project. Works will include Bus Stop Infrastructure, removal of concrete, clean up of storm damage, general earthworks, installation of drainage, drilling, trimming and site cut work. 

What we're looking for:

• Screed concrete pavements, hardstands, kerb and channel to DoT-approved design levels

• Operate laser levels, string lines and straight edges to achieve compliant road profiles

• Prepare subgrades, formwork and finishing zones prior to concrete placement

• Deliver accurate, consistent concrete finishes in accordance with DoT and VicRoads standards

• Float and trowel concrete for pavements, medians, footpaths and trafficked surfaces

• Form, edge and cut joints to specification to ensure durability and crack control

• Apply broomed, textured or slip‑resistant finishes suitable for road environments

• Work efficiently within programmed pour schedules and tight infrastructure deadlines

• Proven experience in civil or road concreting works

• Strong commitment to safety, quality and on‑site productivity

• Current Construction White Card

• Drivers Licence

• Team‑focused attitude with pride in delivering long‑lasting public infrastructure
