An opportunity for a well-motivated and efficient Trades Assistant who takes pride in their work at our Mackay Branch in a full-time role.

About the role

Our Trades Assistant will be maintaining a high level of safety and quality while having a high degree of attention to detail, taking pride in their work and is responsible, reliable and an organised fast learner who can work with limited supervision.

You must be self-driven with exceptional time management skills, superbly organized, passionate about providing the best, highly motivated, enthusiastic and methodical personnel to hit the ground running.

We have an exciting vision and well-planned strategy for future growth and are dedicated to building a team, culture and environment where everybody can contribute to our success. The successful candidate will have excellent health and fitness, and good communication skills.

Skills and Experience

• Must have a Forklift Licence  

• Welding experience a bonus

• Painting experience desirable

• Experience in operating a blaster desirable

• Experience with power tools

• Must be physically fit

• Able to do manual tasks

• Must have good communication skills

• Must be clean and presentable

• Able to commit to Monday to Friday Shifts
