What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our Pre-Delivery team, you'll help ensure vehicles are delivered to customers smoothly and on time by:

• Supporting sales and fleet administration activities

• Coordinating vehicle orders and delivery schedules with manufacturers

• Preparing and processing vehicle documentation accurately

• Raising purchase orders, processing invoices and completing reconciliations

• Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation

• Liaising with internal departments to keep deliveries on track

• Providing general administrative support across the department

What We're Looking For

• Previous administration experience

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Confidence using Microsoft Office and computer systems

• A proactive, team-focused attitude

• Current C Class Open Driver's Licence

• Automotive or dealership experience is highly regarded but not essential.
