Available roles

We are experiencing strong growth in our Brisbane-based Mowing & Gardening Division and are currently seeking Full-Time Team Leaders for the Gold Coast and Brisbane. In addition, we have a range of opportunities available for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual Team Members.

Team Leader Role

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a small crew (2–3 team members) and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality mowing and gardening services to residential, commercial, and body corporate clients.

You will manage the day-to-day maintenance of client properties, uphold our quality standards, and operate with a high level of autonomy. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for outdoor work.

About the Work

These roles involve providing mowing and gardening services across the Brisbane metropolitan area, including:

  • Lawn and garden care for elderly clients and veterans

  • Grounds maintenance for commercial properties

  • Gardening services for body corporate sites

    What We're Looking For

    We're seeking motivated individuals who bring:

    • A current driver's licence (Essential)

    • A growth mindset and a positive, can-do attitude

    • Strong communication and teamwork skills

    • Reliability, self-motivation, and a solid work ethic

    • Physical fitness and readiness to work outdoors in all weather

    • Experience in plant care, pest/disease ID, and general horticulture

    • The ability to work independently and follow structured plans

    • A strong safety focus and keen attention to detail

    • Willingness to mentor others and share knowledge

    Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

    Desirable Licences & Qualifications

    • Certificate II or III in Horticulture

    • ChemCert certification

    • Current Driver's Licence

    • Construction Induction (White Card)

    • Police Check

    • Other relevant industry licences

    Additional Skills (Highly Valued or Willing to Learn)

    • Irrigation system installation & maintenance

    • Ride-on mower operation

    • Pest and disease control

    • Advanced hedging and topiary techniques
