Barista

About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Holt's Auto Service in Swan Hill, VIC. This is a casual role where you'll be responsible for providing friendly and efficient counter service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills. However, we are happy to train the right person in this role.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to customers

2. Operating and maintaining espresso machines and other coffee equipment

3. Providing excellent customer service and making customers feel welcome

4. Ensuring the cafe area is clean, well-stocked and presentable at all times

5. Helping with other cafe duties as required, such as food preparation and inventory management

What we're looking for

1. Experience as a Barista, preferably in a cafe or hospitality setting is desirable but not essential

2. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a friendly, welcoming experience

3. Good attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

4. Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a passion for providing high-quality coffee
