Fencescape Qld is expanding, and we are looking for experienced Lead Fencers and trade-focused professionals to join our team on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

The Role

At Fencescape Qld, we take pride in delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. As a Lead Installer, your day-to-day will include:

• Installation: Working across all fencing types (Timber, Aluminium, Colorbond, PVC, Chainwire, Gates, and Retaining Walls).

• Site Management: Reviewing job details with clients, reporting to the foreman, and prepping/demolishing sites.

• Craftsmanship: Setting fence posts, rails, and lines to precise standards using hand and power tools.

• Safety & Presentation: Maintaining a clean, safe worksite and upholding our high standards of presentation.

About You

We are looking for a reliable team player who takes pride in their work and respects our clients. Ideally, you have:

• Experience: ~2 years of experience in Residential/Commercial Fencing or Construction Landscaping (No formal qualifications required).

• Skills: Ability to read plans and quantify materials accurately.

• Fitness: High level of physical fitness to handle outdoor trade work.

• Gear: If subcontracting, your own ute and tools are highly desirable.

• Must-Haves: Valid Driver’s Licence and a current QLD White Card.
