Carpenters

Workfast are a specialist Labour Hire and Recruitment business based nationally across Australia.

We are working on behalf of our client who are a recognised and well known rail corporation operating across rail networks.  

About the role:

• Paying $50-$60/hr + penalties
• Work will consist all aspects of first fix carpentry, maintenance / repairs and construction of new footbridges within the rail corridor. 
• We are looking for Carpenters to start work on an immediate basis
• Working on a 9/5 roster that will include plenty of overtime and weekends around the Northern Brisbane suburbs 
• Long term work and work life balance. 

About you:

• Have a valid RIW card or willing to obtain
• Experience working on the rail is a bonus
• 3-4 years working as Carpenter
• Trade certificates & qualifications
• Have own hand and power tools
• Have own transport
• Be prepared to work away
