Acero Group is a fast-growing structural steel fabrication company, and we’re expanding our Ingleburn workshop. We’re on the lookout for a skilled Boilermaker/Welder to join our team and be part of a company that values quality, teamwork, and growth.

About the role

• Full-time position – Immediate start available

• Workshop-based fabrication of structural steel and formwork components

• Reading and interpreting workshop drawings

• Fabrication and welding to a high standard

• Projects across commercial, civil, and infrastructure sectors

What we’re looking for

• Qualified Boilermaker/Welder (or solid experience)

• Experience with structural steel and/or formwork fabrication preferred

• Ability to read and work from drawings

• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Structural Steel Installer / Boilermaker

The Role
We’re seeking a skilled Structural Steel Installer / Boilermaker to join our Sydney team. You’ll be installing structural steel onsite, completing welding and adjustments as required, and making sure every member is exactly where the engineer wants it.

Key Responsibilities

• Structural steel erection & installation

• Accurate onsite set-outs using RLs and supplied drawings

• Reading and interpreting workshop/engineering drawings

• Delivering high-quality work within project timeframes

You Bring

• Trade qualification or proven structural steel installation experience

• Strong ability to perform set-outs and interpret RLs (absolute must)

• White Card

• HRWL licences (EWP, DG, RB, etc.) highly regarded

• Drivers licence & reliable transport

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Solid communication and unwavering focus on safety
