Waverley Mazda are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor.

As the primary point of contact for our service customers, your responsibilities will include:

·         Delivering exceptional customer service by managing customer needs and expectations, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

·         Coordinating with the service team to ensure timely servicing and delivery of customer vehicles, with clear explanations of all work performed.

The ideal candidate will possess:

·         Minimum 12 months of experience in a similar role.

·         High standards of professionalism and personal presentation.

·         Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and personable demeanour.

·         Self-motivation and strong organisational abilities.

·         Proficiency in computer use.

·         Ability to thrive in a team environment and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

·         Valid Victorian Drivers Licence.

This role is Monday to Friday 7:30am- 5:00pm, Saturday work attracts Overtime pay
