About the role:
Are you an experienced Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician looking for an exciting new opportunity? Beaches Air & Electrical, is seeking a talented technician to join their team. This is a full-time role based in our Warriewood office, with opportunities for career progression and development.

What you'll be doing:

• Diagnose, repair, install and service a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration systems for residential and commercial clients

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing on HVAC equipment, including cleaning, adjusting, and replacing components as needed

• Provide exceptional customer service, communicating clearly with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction

What we need from you:

• Formal qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration + ARC Refrigerant Handling License & White Card

• Experience in fault finding, servicing and installation of all types of air conditioning systems (both in residential and commercial settings)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language

• A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship + Be able to work both independently and in a team setting

• A current driver's license

• Rights to live and work in Australia
