As a part of this opportunity you will play an integral part in providing a high-quality restoration services to multiple clients across Melbourne metropolitan and surrounding areas.

As a Remedial Service company that provides high quality remedial service solutions to the building & construction specialising in wet area restoration, works will primarily focus on shower cubicle, bathroom and balcony re-builds.

We are seeking business partners who are excited to share the business success and growth opportunities of Demtech Pty Ltd, who are business minded, hardworking and hands on.

 

Key Duties Include:

·         Deconstructive works (Tile and Plaster Removal)

·         Shower Screen Removal

·         Confident use of power tools (e.g. jackhammers, grinders, drills, saws)

·         Plastering/ Relining of Walls

·         Patching and repair

·         Basic carpentry and fix-out support

·         Material handling and site clean-up

·         Tiling, Grouting and Caulking (Non-Essential)

·         Plumbing Fit Off (Non-Essential)

·         Reading and interpreting basic plans or instructions

Requirements

·         Prior experience in one or more of deconstructive works, tiling, plastering or basic carpentry

·         Must be a registered PTY LTD company with appropriate insurances in place and current (Sole Traders that apply will be required to complete this requirement)

·         Must have full working rights within Australia

·         Experience within building and construction industry as a tradesman and or manager/business owner (sole trader or larger)

·         Basic Business Operation and Business Accounting Skills required

·         Self-Management skills required

·         Ability to plan and organise work and business

·         Ability to communicate with clients professionally and clearly

·         Ability to complete work efficiently and effectively 

·         Comply with OH&S standards at all times

·         Must have Construction Industry OHS Card

·         Must have current Australian drivers’ licence

·         Must be able to perform the inherent requirements of the role.
