About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Infrastructure Maintenance Supervisor to join our team based in Sunbury, Victoria.

This is a hands-on role that involves working closely with local council representatives to assess maintenance works and coordinate field crews.

You will regularly attend site meetings with council officers, inspect and measure works, mark out job requirements and organise our crews to complete the work safely and efficiently.

This position would suit someone with experience in fencing, maintenance works, construction supervision or local government contracts who enjoys working both on-site and in the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with council representatives on-site to discuss maintenance and repair works.

• Inspect, assess and measure works required.

• Mark out job locations and provide clear instructions to field crews.

• Coordinate labour, materials and equipment required for each project.

• Schedule and supervise crews to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.

• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.

• Liaise with council officers regarding project progress and completion.

• Resolve site issues and respond to client requests.

• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and council requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in fencing, maintenance works, construction, earthworks or a related industry.

• Ability to read site plans and assess work requirements.

• Good communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple jobs at the same time.

• Experience working with local councils will be highly regarded.

• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
