We're looking for an experienced Accessory Fitter, 12V Technician, Auto Electrician or Light Vehicle Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to be part of a team known for doing things properly.

The Role

You'll be responsible for fitting, testing, and quality-checking a wide range of premium accessories and touring equipment, including:

• Bull bars, side steps, roof racks and towbars

• Canopies, drawer systems and storage solutions

• Advanced 12V systems and accessory wiring

• Touring and off-road upgrades

• Custom installations and R&D projects

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Completing installations using fitment guides, specifications and workshop procedures

• Delivering high-quality workmanship with exceptional attention to detail

• Conducting testing, fault finding and quality inspections

• Completing road tests and final quality checks

• Identifying potential issues before they become problems

• Supporting workshop standards and mentoring quality workmanship across the team

What We're Looking For

Essential

• 5+ years' experience as an Accessory Fitter, Installer, 12V Technician or Light Vehicle Technician

• Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence with hand and power tools

• Ability to follow procedures, specifications and workshop safety requirements

• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Reliable, self-motivated and accountable

• Current driver's licence

• Full Australian working rights

Highly Regarded

• Experience with American trucks, 4x4s or touring vehicle builds

• Advanced 12V and auto electrical experience

• Experience pre-wiring and building accessory circuits

• R&D or custom fabrication experience

• Light Rigid (LR) licence or equivalent
