We’ve built long-term client relationships, a strong pipeline of preventative maintenance work, high-end projects and systems that support our technicians—not slow them down.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Medium-large scale installation projects across both commercial and domestic sites,

• Servicing, fault-finding and repairing commercial and residential HVAC systems,

• Working across a variety of sites and equipment,

• Diagnosing issues thoroughly and quoting up solutions you stand behind,

• Managing your jobs with autonomy, backed by strong scheduling and admin support,

• Communicating clearly with clients and an organised office team.

What You’ll Get

• $45–$55 per hour (based on experience),

• Weekly pay,

• Fully stocked company vehicle, fuel card and e-tag,

• Overtime available (optional),

• Strong admin and scheduling support,

• Ongoing training and support with further certifications,

• Clear pathway into senior or leadership roles,

• A professional, no-drama team environment that takes pride in their work.

What We’re Looking For

• Cert III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

• ARCtick licence

• White Card

• Current driver’s licence

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in HVAC service and installs (commercial experience highly regarded)

• Strong fault-finding ability and attention to detail

• Clear communication and pride in your work
