If you're an Architect who is looking for their chance to work for the builder, then this is your chance.

You'll work closely with the Construction Manager as a Structural Detailer, who will provide day-to-day guidance, mentoring, and on-the-job training in structural systems and high-end residential construction methodology. This is how you take your experience as an architect from a purely design-focused firm to a construction company that delivers bespoke single dwellings up to $10 million.

The focus of the role is producing clear, buildable structural documentation for high-end residential new builds. That means resolving design intent early, thinking through constructability, and ensuring site teams have accurate, easy-to-follow information before work commences.

You'll collaborate closely with project managers, site supervisors, architects and engineers, and take part in site visits to build a practical understanding of sequencing and construction methods.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be experienced as a structural detailer/draftsman and or an Architect, specialising in residential homes. You must be proficient in Revit; this is a must.

This role requires flexibility and a willingness to work from both the South Yarra and Dromana offices, so you must be within 40 minutes of either office.

The salary for this role is up to $105k, including super, depending on experience.
