About the role

Reporting to the Dealer Principle, we are currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated and passionate Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the JLR service department. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and driving a high performing, productive and positive service department.

Skills and experience

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced dealership environment as a Service Manager. Along with your refined people management abilities, you will be approachable and competent in performing well under pressure. To be successful in this role, you will have superior customer service and communication skills and believe in the value of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders alike.
