Workshop Supervisor - ARB Mittagong

Position Title: Workshop Supervisor

Hours: 7.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday

Location: 15 Pikkat Dr, Braemar, NSW 2575

ARB Mittagong is growing, and we're looking for a Workshop Supervisor to lead our busy workshop and help deliver the high standard of work our customers have come to expect.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside a passionate team fitting some of Australia's leading 4wd accessories to a wide range of vehicles. From bull bars, suspension and canopies through to complete touring builds, no two days are the same.

What you'll be doing:

·         Leading and supporting our workshop team day-to-day.

·         Scheduling and managing workshop workflow.

·         Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality control.

·         Performing final vehicle checks before customer handover.

·         Fitting accessories on a wide range of 4wds.

·         Working closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

·         Maintaining a safe, organised and productive workshop environment.

·         Maintaining the workshop and coordinating consumable stock orders.

·         Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.

What we're looking for:

·         Trade qualification as a Light Vehicle Mechanic, or associated qualification e.g. Heavy, Auto Electrical (Essential).

·         Previous experience in a workshop (ideally in a leadership role but not mandatory).

·         Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

·         Experience fitting 4WD accessories highly regarded

·         Ability to motivate and lead a team.

·         Excellent organisational and time management skills.

·         Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

·         Current Australian Driver's Licence (Manual is Essential).
