Construction All Rounder

Our Client is a reputable Remedial Builder in need of a Construction all-rounder with a focus on Finishes – someone who takes pride in making things look right.

This is hands-on, ongoing work with an immediate start for the right person. You'll be working both supervised and unsupervised across various sites, working as a general labourer and handling the final details.

What You'll Be Doing

• Patching – Gyprock / plaster repairs that actually disappear when painted

• Sanding & painting prep – surfaces ready for a quality finish

• Silicone / sealant work – neat, clean, professional – no messy fingers or uneven beads

• General site duties – as needed, but always with a finish-quality mindset

• Waterproofing and remedial experience is highly regarded – but not necessary

What We Need From You

• Reliability – show up, on time, every day

• Australian Drivers Licence– you'll need a licence to drive the work van between sites

• Own tools Preferred – basic finishing tools (trowels, sanding gear, caulking gun, etc.)

• A genuine eye for detail

• Ability to work unsupervised
