About the Role

As a Trainee Business Manager, you will work closely with our experienced Business Managers and Sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while learning the full scope of automotive finance and insurance (F&I).

You will be trained to:

• Assist customers in securing vehicle finance and insurance solutions

• Present and explain finance, warranty, and insurance products

• Support the sales process from vehicle delivery through to settlement

• Build strong relationships with customers and external financiers

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and dealership processes

We are looking for someone who is:

• Highly motivated with a strong desire to build a career in automotive finance

• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills

• Results-driven with a passion for sales

• Well-presented and professional

• A team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude

• Previous automotive, sales, or finance experience is desirable but not essential
