About the Role

As our Factory Floor & Office Cleaner, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations by maintaining hygienic production areas and well‑presented office spaces. You’ll ensure our facility meets Noble Beverages’ strict safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.

This is a physical, hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment—perfect for someone who enjoys active work and takes ownership of their space.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of factory floors, machinery exteriors, and production zones

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitise office areas, meeting rooms, and corridors

• Clean staff kitchens, bathrooms, lunchrooms, and amenities

• Empty waste and recycling bins across the site

• Conduct deep cleans as required (e.g., degreasing, scrubbing, pressure washing)

• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and ensure safe chemical handling

• Follow all WHS and hygiene procedures in line with food & beverage manufacturing standards

• Report hazards or maintenance issues promptly

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in industrial or commercial cleaning (advantageous but not essential)
