The Handy Roofer is looking for an experienced Full Time Metal Roofing Tradesperson to join our team.

About the Role

As a Leading Hand, you'll lead the crew on site while working alongside the team on metal roof replacements and repairs. You'll help keep jobs running smoothly, safely, and to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing

• Acting as the Leading Hand on site, overseeing day-to-day roofing activities

• Supervising and supporting Metal Roof Labourers

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining metal roofing systems

• Measuring, cutting, and fitting roofing materials

• Operating tools and equipment safely and efficiently

• Coordinating tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe worksite

• Promoting a positive team culture and following all workplace health and safety requirements

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years roofing experience

• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport

• Current White Card

• Current Working at Heights certification

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Reliable, punctual, and able to lead a team well

• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

• Able to meet project timelines
