Adept Fire Protection Services is looking for a licensed sprinkler fitter to join our growing projects team. We have secured a large pipeline of works over the coming years and are looking some of the best in the industry to be a part of the teams and grow with us.

Adept Fire Protection Services is one of Australia's fastest growing fire protection companies. We offer a variety of services from the supply and installation of all fire systems, as well as the inspection and maintenance of fire systems.

We are looking for new members of the team to continue their personal and professional growth, as part of a reputable and fast paced company. We offer services throughout Sydney working on residential, industrial and commercial projects.

This is fantastic opportunity for an apprentice sprinkler fitter to get a start within the fire industry, which is an industry that is continually growing. This opportunity will come with plenty of on the job training both formally and informally.

EBA Rates

Your duties will include:

  • Working with experienced sprinkler fitters and leading a crew

  • Carry out wet fire equipment installations, reading drawings/interpretation, specifications

  • Carry out testing, and commissioning of various wet fire systems across commercial building sites and premises

  • Carry out with the rectifications/repairs/upgrades of existing systems

  • Follow relevant codes and industry standards which govern installation and maintenance

  • Demonstrate aptitude with electrical and mechanical tools

  • Understand written information and instructions and correspond clearly and concisely

  • Administrative tasks

  • Other duties as directed

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Drivers License 

  • An interest in a career in fire systems

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • The ability to work as part of a team

  • Good personal presentation

  • A strong focus on safety
