About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers and workshop. You’ll manage service bookings, explain repair needs clearly, and ensure every customer enjoys a smooth, positive experience from drop-off to pick-up.

Your day will include:

• Greeting customers and managing service enquiries

• Preparing job cards and quotes

• Liaising with technicians and parts

• Keeping customers informed throughout the service process

About You

You’re customer-focused, organised and confident communicating with people from all walks of life. Automotive experience is ideal, but strong service experience and the right attitude matter most.

You’ll bring:

• Previous Service Advisor or customer service experience

• Strong communication and time management skills

• A professional, friendly approach

• A current driver licence
