Ventia is currently seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified tradespeople for casual employment opportunities at Yallourn Power Station.

The Opportunity: 

Based at Yallourn Power Station, you will join our casual workforce pool, supporting planned maintenance and outage activities.

We are seeking candidates with a background in heavy industry or power generation who are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency and reliability across the following roles:

• Electricians
• Pressure Welders
• Boilermakers
• Fitters
• Riggers
• Scaffolders

You will demonstrate:

• Proven experience in maintenance and outage work within heavy industry or similar environments
• A proactive and safety-focused approach to all tasks
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to meet deadlines and project requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• A positive attitude and commitment to contributing to team success

• High Risk Work Licence
• Confined Space Certificate (valid within a three year period)
