About the role

As a Wastewater Service Technician at Advanced Sewage Treatment Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing wastewater treatment systems across Victoria and southern NSW. This full-time position requires hands-on technical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

1. Conduct regular inspections and servicing of wastewater treatment systems

2. Diagnose and repair any faults or issues with the systems

3. Provide advice and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of their wastewater systems

4. Collaborate with the team to ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner

5. Maintain detailed records of all service and repair activities

6. Complete quarterly service reports for submission to local councils

7. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations

8. Overnight stays in regional Victoria required twice a month.

What we're looking for

1. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills

2. Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities

3. A keen attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

4. A valid driver's license.

5. Australian permanent residency or citizenship required

6. Restricted electrical license an advantage but will put the right person through the course if required.
