About the role

Join our thriving Mainevent RV Centres team in Maroochydore, Queensland as a full-time Caravan Sales Consultant. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating our premium range of caravans, and closing sales to contribute to the company's continued growth.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients

• Demonstrating the features and benefits of our caravan models to prospective buyers

• Identifying customer needs and guiding them towards the ideal caravan solution

• Finalising sales transactions and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience

• Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and staying informed on industry trends

• Supporting marketing initiatives and events to promote our caravan range

• Collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve department targets

What we're looking for

• Proven sales experience, preferably within the caravan, RV or automotive industry

• An engaging and customer-focused communication style

• Strong negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into sales

• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to match vehicles to customer needs

• A positive, driven and resilient mindset to overcome objections and achieve targets

• A keen interest in the caravan and RV lifestyle

• Willingness to attend Caravan shows in the area that will allow you to earn great commissions
