About the role

Band of Brothers is seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team in Corio, Victoria. This is a full-time position where you will deliver exceptional barbering services to our valued clients in a professional and welcoming environment. As a Barber, you will be at the heart of our business, providing quality haircuts, grooming services and personalised customer experiences that keep our clients returning.

What you'll be doing

1. Performing a range of barbering services including haircuts, fades, trims, shaves and beard grooming to the highest standards

2. Consulting with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments

3. Maintaining a clean, hygienic and professionally organised workstation and tools in compliance with health and safety standards

4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and attention to detail

5. Keeping up to date with current barbering trends, techniques and best practices in the industry

6. Preparing and advising clients on appropriate grooming products and aftercare recommendations

7. Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues when needed

8. Maintaining accurate records of client preferences and services provided
