Apprentice Butcher - Balnarring

Wandilla Gippsland is seeking an Apprentice Butcher to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the trade. You’ll work alongside experienced butchers, learning traditional skills, modern retail techniques, and whole-animal butchery in a busy shop environment.

About the Role
As an apprentice butcher, you will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of retail butchery, including:

  • Knife skills & meat preparation

  • Whole carcass breakdown

  • Sausage & Smallgoods production

  • Product presentation & merchandising

  • Food safety & shop standards

Full training will be provided.
