Osborne Park Suzuki & Isuzu is seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our growing Parts Department. This role has a strong focus on supporting and developing our trade customer network, including mechanical workshops and panel repairers. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for:
Interpreting and supplying parts to workshop technicians, trade customers, and retail customers
Building and maintaining strong relationships with mechanical repairers, panel shops, and trade accounts
Managing trade enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Identifying opportunities to grow parts sales within existing and new trade customer networks
Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently
Maintaining inventory control and stock management
Delivering exceptional customer service across all customer touchpoints
Working within ERA DMS and manufacturer systems
Previous automotive Parts Interpreter experience (essential)
Experience dealing with trade customers, including mechanical workshops and panel repairers
Strong understanding of automotive parts, repair processes, and industry terminology
Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business
Experience with ERA DMS highly regarded
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth
