Parts Interpreter

Osborne Park Suzuki & Isuzu is seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our growing Parts Department. This role has a strong focus on supporting and developing our trade customer network, including mechanical workshops and panel repairers. About the Role

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Interpreting and supplying parts to workshop technicians, trade customers, and retail customers

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with mechanical repairers, panel shops, and trade accounts

• Managing trade enquiries via phone, email, and in person

• Identifying opportunities to grow parts sales within existing and new trade customer networks

• Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently

• Maintaining inventory control and stock management

• Delivering exceptional customer service across all customer touchpoints

• Working within ERA DMS and manufacturer systems

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive Parts Interpreter experience (essential)

• Experience dealing with trade customers, including mechanical workshops and panel repairers

• Strong understanding of automotive parts, repair processes, and industry terminology

• Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business

• Experience with ERA DMS highly regarded

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth
