About the Role

As a Dermal Therapist, you will play an integral role in our client journey, providing personalised skin consultations, advanced skin treatments, and ongoing treatment plans.

You will work alongside experienced cosmetic nurses and aesthetic professionals in a collaborative environment where education, innovation, and client satisfaction are at the forefront of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations.

• Develop customised treatment plans tailored to individual client concerns and goals.

• Perform advanced skin treatments including chemical peels, skin needling, LED therapy, and other corrective skin procedures.

• Educate and guide clients on treatment options, skincare products, and home care recommendations.

• Maintain client records and treatment notes.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.

• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and treatment protocols.

• Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive clinic culture.

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Dermal Therapist (Diploma or Bachelor of Dermal Science or equivalent)

• Experience performing advanced skin treatments.

• Strong knowledge of skin conditions and treatment planning.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
