SECURITY GUARDS - Licensed Venues and Sites -TPGA NSW (ML 000103363)

TPGA NSW is currently seeking motivated Security Guards to join our team across a range of licensed venues including pubs, clubs, and RSL clubs throughout Sydney CBD and surrounding suburbs.

📍 About the Role

• Full-time positions available

• Crowd Control and Static Guard roles- We also require guards to work at Luxury Retail Sites. Guards need to take pride in their appearance, communication, discretion and exceptional customer service.

• Shifts across Sydney CBD and local suburban venues

• Overnight shifts available (through to 9am) – sedentary in nature-Shifts to cover immediately: Wed Thur Sun 2300-0900 and Fri Sat 2200-0430

• Work in dynamic, social environments with a professional team

✅ What We're Looking For

• Well-presented and well-spoken individuals

• Switched-on with a proactive, professional attitude

• Experience in licensed venue security is preferred but not essential

• Current and valid NSW Security Licence (Crowd Control and/or Static Guard class required)

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

💰 What We Offer

• Competitive hourly rate of $30–$35 per hour
