We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Technical Officer – Facilities to join our Facility Operations team and help ensure Council’s diverse portfolio of buildings and infrastructure remains safe, compliant and fit for purpose.
Reporting to the Coordinator Facility Maintenance, you will coordinate and monitor planned and reactive maintenance across Council’s building assets, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You will manage work requests, oversee contractors, support compliance activities, and provide technical advice across a diverse range of facility assets including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, lifts, roofs and building fabric.
