Open Road Motorhomes is a well-established and rapidly growing motorhome sales, service and accessories business based in Western Sydney.

With more than 40 quality motorhomes on display and a busy in-house workshop, we're looking for a motivated Trainee Motorhome Detailer to join our team and grow with us into the future.

No previous detailing experience is required. We're looking for the right person with the right attitude who is eager to learn, work hard, and become a valuable member of our team.

About the Role

In this full-time position, you will learn all aspects of preparing motorhomes to the highest standards for display, sale and customer delivery.

Your duties will include:

Washing and cleaning motorhomes inside and out
Assisting with vehicle presentation and preparation
Learning professional detailing techniques
Following preparation checklists and procedures
Working alongside our experienced team members
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Helping ensure vehicles are presented to the highest standard

Reliability and punctuality
Good personal presentation
A genuine desire to build a long-term career
A current and valid driver's licence

Experience is not necessary. We are happy to provide full training to the right person.
