We’re looking for a skilled Aluminium Welder/Fabricator to join our Boat Fitout Team.

About the Role

  • Reading and working from drawings and plans

  • Safe use of workshop tools, machinery, and equipment

  • Maintaining a tidy and organised work area

  • Working collaboratively to meet production deadlines

What We’re Looking For

Trade qualification is valued but not essential — what matters most is your ability to weld aluminium confidently and take pride in your work.

Ideal applicants will have:

  • Competent MIG and TIG aluminium welding experience, please provide photos or videos of your aluminium welding projects

  • Fabrication or marine/boat-building experience (highly regarded)

  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude

  • Commitment to workplace safety

What We Offer

  • Full Time Permanent 38 hours, 4-day working week – enjoy long weekends every week

  • Above-award wages based on skills and experience

  • Stable, long-term employment with an established Australian brand

  • Supportive team culture and well-organised workshop

  • Interesting marine work – not repetitive production welding

  • Training and growth opportunities within boat building
