About the role

As a Service Technician, you'll be out in the field performing scheduled services, troubleshooting, and repairs on Taylex Wastewater Treatment Systems and Land Application Areas. You'll cover Brisbane and the Moreton Shire, working independently with the support of a great team behind you.

Your responsibilities

• Complete your monthly scheduled services and any allocated technician services

• Service Wastewater Treatment Systems and Land Application Areas to Taylex standards

• Troubleshoot and carry out breakdown responses and repairs

• Build efficiency across your service run

• Identify lost or prospective customers and report to the Service Manager

• Take payments from customers for additional work and repairs

• Complete all service reporting on the company's electronic system

• Grow your knowledge to service Taylex systems unsupervised, including complex faults

• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

What you'll need

Essential:

• QBCC Restricted Drainer Licence with Wastewater Endorsement

• Valid driver's licence

• Reliability, honesty, and self-motivation

Desirable:

• Experience with power and hand tools

• Experience working outdoors

• Strong customer service skills
