  • Varied, technically interesting work across high-security sites

  • Exposure to enterprise-level integrated security systems

  • A strong, professional team environment

  • Long-term stability with a global organisation

  • The chance to work autonomously while being backed by experienced leaders and support teams

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault-finding, testing and minor works of electronic security systems across secure customer sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fault diagnosis and rectification across integrated platforms

  • Minor works installation and commissioning

  • Compliance testing and system checks

  • Accurate service reporting and documentation

  • Working across live operational environments with professionalism and care

You’ll be working with systems including:

  • Access control

  • CCTV and video management systems

  • Intruder detection

  • Intercom and entry systems

  • Integrated electronic security platforms

What we’re looking for

We’re keen to hear from technicians who have solid industry experience and enjoy working in complex environments where no two days are the same.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Proven experience in electronic security service and maintenance

  • Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capability

  • Experience with enterprise or integrated security systems

  • Exposure to platforms such as Geutebruck, Gallagher, Integriti, ICT, Milestone, Avigilon or similar

  • A current NSW driver licence

  • Good communication skills and a professional approach on site

  • Strong time management and the ability to work independently

  • Confidence using digital service platforms and mobile field apps

  • A good understanding of compliance documentation and reporting

  • The ability to meet site access and security clearance requirements for high security facilities

Highly Regarded

  • NSW security licence or willingness to obtain

  • Open cabling licence

  • Working at Heights and/or EWP tickets or willing to obtain
